Four more cases have been confirmed today taking the total number of confirmed cases in the Island to 320. Of those 271 (85%) are recovered, 22 (7%) have died, 19 (6%) are in hospital and 8 (2%) are isolating in the community.
So, as has now become traditional, let’s look at the positives this data is telling us:
- There are no newly reported deaths
- The number of patients in hospital as a result of COVID-19 has fallen by 10% to 19.
- 96% of the 93 concluded tests in the last 24 hours are negative
- The number of people waiting to be tested is at its lowest level since the government first started to report this figure
