Sadly a further death was announced today from Abbottswood Nursing Home taking the total to 16. Words don’t portray the devastation and loss experienced by the friends and families of those who are lost to this dreadful disease and our thoughts and condolences continue to be with them at this very sad time.
A further case has been confirmed taking the total to 309 positive confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the Island. The number of patients in hospital remains at 22.
There are only 14 confirmed positive cases in the community, the last time we could say this it was 23 March 2020, only four days after the first positive case was confirmed.
